Run for the Orphans of Gender Based Violence, Join the IE Team!

We are back to run the Charity Race "Corre por los Huérfanos de la Violencia de Género" (Run to support the Orphans of Gender-Based Violence) on Sunday February 19th at 9am in Paseo de Camoens (Parque del Oeste). Last year we created at 120+ running team, raised over 1,200€ and promoted a healthy lifestyle in our community! Let's create a bigger IE team to train, participate and help raise funds for the organizing NGO: Fondo de Becas Soledad Cazorla.
Participants will have the opportunity to join several trainings from the IE Runners Club to prepare for the race!

Why Success Doesn't Lead to Satisfaction

Many successful professionals struggle to enjoy their accomplishments. But that pleasure is short lived, as our brains are hardwired to also seek balance from extreme emotional states.
